In early spring we make poplar buds’ macerate (you have to collect them – to climb a tree, collect not too much from each tree, and poplar buds are quite small, then pour them with good oil and let it stay for a few months) and now it’s time to make a miracle from them – ointment, healing balm that smells great and is applicable:

• well nourishes the skin (as a cream-balm for the body and hands, for massage)
• for joint pain, gout, arthritis, stretching muscles, ligaments
• can be used as a lubricant
• as an antiseptic, strong healing and anti-inflammatory
• for dry skin, cracks (including on the elbows and heels);
• for herpes, acne, eczema
• against varicose veins and haemorrhoids
